Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you purchase from Ghostydabs.com. All orders are shipped with DHL Paket from our European warehouse.

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Germany (domestic shipping with DHL Paket)
  • European countries (international shipping with DHL Paket International)

3. Domestic Shipping (Germany) – DHL Paket

The following shipping rates apply to orders shipped within Germany:

All domestic shipments include tracking. Estimated delivery time within Germany is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

4. International Shipping (Europe) – DHL Paket International

The following shipping rates apply to orders shipped to European countries:

All international shipments include tracking. Estimated delivery time within Europe is typically 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties. If your order is shipped outside the EU, your local customs authority may charge import VAT, customs duties or handling fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ghostydabs.com and include your order number. We will assist you in initiating a DHL investigation.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.

8. Tracking Your Order
